Local surface mail

There is a risk of loss of local surface mail. There is no record at the post office, and even if it is traced to the post office, there is no result.

(Our shop will take pictures before each shipment is sent to let customers know that it has been sent. The risk of surface mail service shall be borne by the buyer, and the shop will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the goods during the delivery process. )

Local Registration

The posting process is recorded and signature of receipt is required upon delivery.

If no one picks up the parcel, postman will put a notification pickup card in your mailbox, and pick up the package with the card at the post office in the area of the address.

Please prepare your ID card to verify your identity when picking up or receiving the package.
