About Goods

  • Guarantee items is brand new, and original imported from Japan.
  • All items are airlifted from Japan to Hong Kong.
  • The official pictures in the pre-order product introduction are for reference only, subject to the actual arrival goods;
  • All items have properly packed and ship to Hong Kong, but long-term transportation may inevitably cause the box to be squeezed and have a slight damage. We can not guarantee that the package is perfect, please note.
  • After the box is opened, if there are painting, coloring, flaws, missing parts, etc., it belongs to the manufacturer's factory problem, we can help customer reflect to the manufacturer, but we will not responsible for that. Please do not embarrass us with the above reasons.
  • Items usually arrive within approximately 14 workdays (*Note 3) after the release date.

About Prize

  • Due to Prize supply is currently unstable, there are possibility to reduce the quantity even cutting orders, all orders for preordering Prize are not guaranteed, please confirm that you can accept this situation before placing an order.
  • Photos is for reference only, the actual product may vary. Changes in color, shape, etc. occur during the manufacturing process without prior notice;
  • It is normal for Prize to encounter individual slight differences or small defects, which are not quality problems. We are not responsible for this, but we can report to the manufacturer on behalf of the customer. Please do not embarrass us for the above reasons;
  • Prize will usually arrive approximately 14-21 workdays(*Note 3) after the release date.
  • Due to COVID-19, flights have been drastically reduced, making it more difficult to export prizes from Japan. Most prizes cannot be shipped by air and require sea freight. This results in a longer delivery time, which takes 1-3 months.


About Goods Reservation 

  • All pre-order goods prices include international shipping unless otherwise stated;
  • All pre-ordered goods have individual deadlines, please pay the deposit before the deadline;
  • If you would like to order a goods after the deadline, please contact us to check the inventory before placing the order.
  • Please pay the deposit within 3 days after placing the order.
  • After paying the deposit, it is necessary to provide proof of payment (screen capture or receipt) to us;
  • If the supplier is undersupplied (which we will try to avoid), the order will be allocated according to the order of reservation. For the customers who cantnot provide the goods, we will notify and refund the deposit as soon as possible.
  • Once the orders are confirmed, no cancellations or changes will be accepted. The full prepaid amount will be deducted from the credit card account provided by you and is non-refundable. If the goods are not picked up on time, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.
  • Due to the fluctuation of the Japanese yen exchange rate, there is a chance to make up the exchange rate difference upon arrival.

About arrival and pickup of goods

  • We will notify customer of the arrival goods by email.
  • For orders where only a deposit has been paid, the balance must be paid within 30 days from the date of the arrival notification email.
  • (For Local order)The pick-up period is within 30 days from the date of the arrival notification email, and must pay the balance and pick-up within the period.
  • If the balance is not settled or the order is not picked up within the period, the order will be considered discarded (*Note 1), the order will be invalid, and the customer will be blacklisted (*Note 2).
  • If customer has temporary difficulty in payment or picking up the goods, please feel free to contact us, we will give a extension as appropriate. After the extension, if we have not received the payment , the order will be invalid and the deposit will be forfeited, but no blacklist processing will be performed. However, if the accumulated amount reaches HKD 2,000 or more, it will be regarded as a dishonest customer and will be blacklisted immediately. 
  • All sales final. No refund or exchange. Please check carefully when picking up the goods. 


(*Note 1) Discard order: Indicates that the customer automatically waives the right of deposit and own the item. The discarded goods will be sold separately and no further notice.

(*Note 2) Blacklist: We will not accept or process any new order for the blacklisted customer within 4 months.

(*Note 3) Workdays: Monday to Friday, public holidays except.


Should there be any disputes arise, Alphaomegahk reserves the right of final decision.
